Rent is $2580 per month ($860 per person) with utilities included except electric, which adds about $30 per person per month average; the total monthly rental cost with utilities would be about $890 per person. Utilities can be a large part of rental costs, but not at these townhomes. Security deposit is $3300 ($1100 per person) - there is no first and last month rent due at Lease signing, just the deposit. Leases usually start in August and run 12 months.
